1. Who I am

These Terms of Service govern your use of miyzu.com and any purchases made through this website. The site is operated by Miy (MIYZU), a sole trader registered under German law (Kleinunternehmer, § 19 UStG). Contact: contact@miyzu.com. Full address details are available in the Legal Notice.

2. What I offer

MIYZU currently offers or plans to offer the following:

Digital products — e-books (PDF and EPUB), journals, workbooks, photo presets, and similar downloadable files sold via Payhip.
Newsletter — The Slow Life Letter, a free email newsletter sent via Kit (ConvertKit). Subscription is governed by Kit's own terms.
Future services — any additional offerings will be announced and covered by updated terms.

3. Digital products — purchases and downloads

All digital products are sold via Payhip. By completing a purchase you agree to Payhip's Terms of Service in addition to these terms.

No returns on digital products: Digital downloads cannot be returned or refunded once the download has started. This is standard for digital goods under § 356 Abs. 5 BGB — you confirm this before completing your purchase. If you have a problem with a file (corrupt, wrong format, etc.), just email contact@miyzu.com and I will sort it out.

Licence: Digital products are for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not resell, redistribute, share, or reproduce the content in whole or in part without prior written consent.

File formats and compatibility: Please check the product description for file formats before purchasing. I cannot guarantee compatibility with every device or application, but I am happy to help where I can — just get in touch.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in EUR. As a Kleinunternehmer under § 19 UStG, no VAT is charged or shown on invoices. Payment is processed securely by Payhip (digital and physical goods). I do not store your payment details.

5. Affiliate links

Some links on this website are affiliate links, marked with an asterisk (*). If you click through and make a purchase, I may receive a small commission at no additional cost to you. I only recommend products I personally use and believe in. Full disclosure is available in the Legal Notice.
